Our Story

Meadowlark Farm was born out of a quest for clean, healthy food and a heart for caring for our little piece of this earth. We specialize in grass-fed, grass-finished beef and seed stock.  Our time, focus and energy are directed into furthering our knowledge base of soil health and forages so that the nutritional needs of the cattle are optimized.  We are a regenerative farm, utilizing AMP (Adaptive Multi-paddock) grazing which means our cattle experience daily moves to fresh forage.  We raise registered South Poll Cattle, a breed that is exceptionally well adapted to produce tender, flavorful beef on forages alone.  The product is free of antibiotics, hormones, GMO feeds and pesticides/herbicides.
