Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on open pasture where they can graze naturally. We never use added hormones, and antibiotics are never used routinely—only when necessary to protect animal health.

We focus on prevention with low-stress handling, healthy soil, and sustainable practices that support both our animals and the land.  This allows our animals to grow strong and healthy in a system that mimics nature.  The result is nutrient-dense, flavorful beef you can feel confident feeding your family.
